Three is accepting applications from graduates across all disciplines who have graduated with a 2.1 degree or hold master’s qualifications. Successful candidates will join Three’s team in Dublin city centre and complete three eight-month rotations in their area of study. They will receive a competitive salary and benefits package including a handset, annual bonus, pension, healthcare, 25 days of annual leave and more.

The application process for Three’s graduate programme will open on 25 September and close on 30 October 2017.

It is envisaged the graduates will begin their paid placement in September 2018.

“In the fast-paced telecommunications industry, hard work and great ideas really matter,” said Redmond.

“We’re looking for the very best talent to ensure we’re constantly exceeding our customers’ expectations. We want to challenge graduates to innovate and deliver real impacts to our business.

“Through continuous learning and development, we will help our graduates to take the first steps towards a rewarding career in a company where, if you work hard, anything is possible,” he added.
