14 Mar 2013

Fast-growing Dublin-headquartered education and training player Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) is to create 30 new jobs and will open a new office in London.

The organisation in the past year has signed up more than €8m worth of global partnership deals in countries like South Africa, India and Malaysia.

The DMI said it will be adding 10 new people to its staff and will hire a further 20 new people later in 2013.

The organisation currently employs 15 people and by mid-2014 its headcount in Dublin and London will reach 39.

The company was recently conferred with the inaugural Trailblazer award at the 2013 Digital Media Awards.

“The Digital Marketing Institute has worked hard over recent years to create the best digital training programmes in the world,” CEO Ian Dodson explained.

“This is now reaping rewards with many top training companies now licensing our certified programmes. The 2013 recruitment drive is a consequence of this success and we are very positive for the future.”
