Fintech firm ClaimVantage is expanding its Irish operations, with new hires on the cards at the company’s Sandyford base.
With a growth of 60pc, ClaimVantage is adding ten new positions to its workforce in an attempt to satisfy growing demand for its claim management software.
The new hires will be employed over the next 12 months, and will include software developers, both graduates and experienced senior developers, a quality assurance manager and a quality assurance engineer.
The recruitment is not just in Ireland – a dozen workers are being sought for its US and Asia-Pacific operations.
Big growth
The company’s business has grown significantly since moving its claim management solutions over to the cloud, building the software on the Force.com platform.
With two customer implementations and a proof of concept in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as two new projects in the US, ClaimVantage’s bid to expand its Irish team will help with growing customer service and support requirements.
In preparation for the expanded headcount, the fintech company, located in the Sandyford Industrial Estate in Dublin, recently doubled its office space in Q House on Furze Road, boasting a fifth-floor view of both Dublin Bay and the Dublin Mountains.

Elsewhere today, news emerged that software quality player SmartBear is to create 25 new jobs in Galway this year as part of its growth plans.
The company already employs 40 people and said that it will take on 25 new staff members in 2017, intending to reach its 100-job target in the next two years.
To accommodate a new development centre, SmartBear has expanded to a new workspace located at the Mayoral House, providing an additional 2,500 sq ft.
Tools developed at the centre manage the full API life cycle, from design and development to retirement.
