Dublin company Each&Other is hiring UX designers

11 May 2021

The UX company plans to invest €1m in its team over the next five years and is looking to hire UX designers, graphic designers and content strategists.

Dublin-based UX company Each&Other will create 10 new jobs over the next 18 months to help serve its international clients.

Established in 2014, Each&Other currently employs 15 people and delivers research and digital design projects throughout Europe, the Middle East and the US.

Due to expansion into Germany with new contracts, the company is now looking to hire experienced UX designers, graphic designers and content strategists at its Dublin base.

The company also said it will invest €1m in its team over the next five years to support the expansion.

Each&Other’s director, Brian Herron, said investing in the German market and its own workforce is an exciting move. “We already have a track record in Germany, winning business through our Dublin office and delivering major projects for Google, Salesforce and Peloton,” he said.

“Executing successful projects requires a strong team made up of various organisational and technical skill sets.  Our goal now is to enter the market sustainably and build a strong presence for the long term.”

Each&Other’s clients span technology, finance, government, telecoms, retail and education companies. The company was voted UX Agency of the Year at the 2020 European Agency Awards.

“Our people are at the heart of Each&Other and we are looking forward to welcoming 10 new people to our business,” said Herron.  “This growth and investment is testament to our values, our commitment to innovation, and our focus on excellent delivery and service for our clients.  We look forward to continued growth in 2021 and beyond.”

In 2019, Each&Other co-founder Ciarán Harris spoke to Siliconrepublic.com about what attributes he believes can make UX consultants stand out.

“I think you need to be curious, for a start, almost like ‘annoying curious’. You need to be almost like the three-year-old who keeps asking ‘but why?’,” he said at the time. “You need to be open-minded and have good problem-solving skills. That’s not just about finding a solution to the challenge, but actually understanding what the challenge is.”
