Intertrust Ireland creates 60 financial services jobs in Dublin

3 Jul 2018

Intertrust Ireland is looking to increase the number of roles it offers in Dublin.

Continued growth and additional services offerings have given Intertrust Ireland the opportunity to create up to 60 new financial services jobs in the coming years.

Intertrust Ireland has enjoyed the benefits that Dublin offers with its key financial centre during the past decade.

Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation Heather Humphreys, TD, said: “Ireland is now a major player and a very attractive location for international financial services companies from all over the world.”

Intertrust is a global leader in providing expert administrative services to clients operating and investing in the international business environment. The company specifically focuses on providing services such as structured finance services, corporate administration, and accounting and cash management. Part of its new service offering includes performance and reward management.

Since 2009, Intertrust Ireland has grown from one employee to more than 90, and is now looking to hire more to support its projected growth over the coming years.

Intertrust Ireland MD Imelda Shine said the company is committed to growing its team and service offering in Ireland. “The opportunity to recruit up to 60 new staff over the coming years reflects that continued commitment.

“I’m very proud of our talented team who work very hard to meet the evolving needs of our dynamic clients on a daily basis.”

Humphreys added: “The Government has been making strenuous efforts to ensure that we have the right conditions, especially skills availability, in place in Ireland to attract the knowledge-based sectors, and announcements like this one today by Intertrust are a vindication of those policies.”

The announcement from Intertrust Ireland strengthens an already strong start to the week, as US software firm SmashFly recently announced the opening of a new office in Belfast, bringing 70 new jobs to the city.

It also comes off the back of a whopper month for jobs, with more than 3,400 new roles announced in June.
