A closer look into working at AOL

24 Oct 2013

In the first of our brand new series, AOL’s head of global operations Aengus McClean gives us an insight into what it’s like to work for the global internet company.

This summer, AOL announced 40 new positions available in its Dublin Development Centre, and McClean took time out to tell us what kind of skills and qualities the company looks for in candidates, and also offers a deeper understanding of working life at AOL.

While AOL originally made its name as an internet service provider, over the years it has grown to become a multinational media brand, and its employees work on products used by millions worldwide. The company provides digital content, advertising solutions and services through a range of brands including The Huffington Post, Engadget, TechCrunch, MapQuest, ADTECH and Advertising.com.

The Look Inside video series offers an insight into our Featured Employers and the types of roles and candidates that companies are looking for.
