12 May 2014

In our employer insights series, Edel Creely, managing director at Trilogy Technologies gives us an insight into what it’s like to work at one of Ireland’s fastest-growing managed services and ICT solutions companies.

Last month, Trilogy announced 30 new jobs in Ireland following the acquisition of UK company B2Lateral and the opening of its new headquarters in Dublin. According to Creely, the company has seen growth of more than 250pc over the past four years.

Staff at Trilogy Technologies look after IT for clients such as the RDS, the GAA, Carlow IT and Largo Foods. Trilogy designs, builds, architects, manages and monitors IT systems, even on a 24-hour basis.

There are positions available at Trilogy at both technical and commercial levels, from IT architects and project managers to business development and sales staff. Creely recommends that applicants have industry-standard qualifications and a broad knowledge of IT, and field experience is a huge advantage.

The Look Inside video series offers an insight into our Featured Employers and the types of roles and candidates that companies are looking for.
