14 Mar 2011

Software firm Teradata is to create 30 new jobs in Santry, Dublin, the company announced today.

The US-based warehousing and business intelligence company, which has been operating in Santry since 2007, has already started recruiting for some of the positions.

Last year, Teradata reported a 13pc growth with global revenues reaching $1.9bn.

“Ireland is particularly attractive to us for the type of operations that we are going to establish here. There is a critical mass of highly skilled finance professionals at all levels. Many have the type of skill sets we are particularly interested in, such as multinational shared service experience, as well as language skills," said Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regional controller Peter Mohan.
