For employees working at Voxpro, hard work is rewarded.

Sometimes it can be hard to know where to look to find the perfect role for you. But some companies have a role to suit virtually every individual.

Cork-based firm Voxpro was recently acquired by Telus International and is now operating as ‘Voxpro – powered by Telus International’.

Voxpro is a business processing outsourcer. “That means we work with some of the world’s coolest, most exciting companies,” said Sean Cotter, senior operations manager.

For those looking to work at Voxpro, there’s something for everyone. “We do everything from customer service support, tech support, fintech support, which is something that’s quite new and exciting here at Voxpro,” said Cotter. “We try to match our roles to the individual and what they’re best suited to.”

Partner onboarding coordinator Carlynn McCarthy said that people should apply for a job if they are motivated to succeed and don’t want to have a boring, everyday nine-to-five job.

McCarthy also spoke about the opportunities to grow within the company, citing her own experience after she started with the company at entry level in August 2015.

“I’ve worked my way up to my current role in the project management department so that’s proof that if you work hard and you work well, the company does recognise that.”

Voxpro is looking to fill a number of roles including in customer service and technical, but according to e-learning architect Andris Babuskins, there are many different roles across the company. “The Voxpro team is made up of many different roles suited to everyone,” he said.

Babuskins said, as well as junior and senior technical specialists, the company also has HR roles, learning and development roles, leadership roles and project management roles.

While the company is headquartered in Cork, it also has an office in Dublin, which opened last year.
