Gigglebit: For 3D GIFs just add white lines

This morning, here’s a neat trick for all GIF enthusiasts: manipulating moving images by adding vertical white lines can, if applied correctly, turn ordinary animations into what appears to be genuine three-dimensional imagery

It’s because your eyes and brain can play tricks on you in a way I don’t quite understand. Regardless, here are some examples found via Twitter that prove white lines are not to be sniffed at.
