We are all fairly aware that we spend too much time online.
Social media dominates a lot of our internet usage, and there are more productivity apps on the market than ever before but, for many people, drowning in a deluge of email is still a daily reality.
According to this infographic from Headway Capital, however, we can break our email addiction.
Among its suggestions are to only check your emails three times a day, don’t have your email constantly open in a separate tab, and remove push notifications from your phone and desktop.
