A new Easter Egg celebrating Dr Who has emerged on Google Maps. A Street View showing an old London Met police phone box brings users inside Dr Who’s chariot of choice, The Tardis.
Note the Easter Egg only functions in the old version of Google Maps or on the Google Maps smartphone app.
By clicking on this link you are brought to the Street View of the police box outside Earl’s Court tube station in London.
By clicking on the white directional arrows in front of the phone box, web searchers are brought directly into The Tardis time-travel machine.
Oh, wouldn’t the doctor be so proud.
