Let there be rock: AC/DC’s complete digital catalogue arrives on iTunes

19 Nov 2012

Apple has struck a deal with AC/DC and Columbia Records to put the Australian rock band’s entire digital catalogue on iTunes.

The catalogue includes the band’s 1976 debut album High Voltage, seminal classic Back in Black and the recent Black Ice from 2008.

Each AC/DC track has been digitally remastered specifically for iTunes to make them perfect for playback on iPods, iPhones, iPads and Mac computers.

Fans can buy full albums or individual songs.

Two specific compilations have been prepared: The Collection, which includes all 16 studio albums and costs €79.99; and iTunes exclusive The Complete Collection, which includes the all studio albums, live albums and box sets, which costs €109.99.

All we can say is, we’ve been thunderstruck!
