Content management software player TerminalFour is to create 20 new jobs as part of a €3m investment which will see it take on new markets in Europe, the Middle East and the US.

The investment will also see the company move to a larger Dublin headquarters.

Among the 20 new hires will be software developers, project managers and marketing and support personnel.

The expansion follows a period of rapid customer acquisition that has seen it succeed in global tenders in Europe, the Middle East and the US.

The company currently employs 22 people. A spokesman told siliconrepublic.com that at least 10 of the new hires will be taken on in the next three to six months with the remainder in place within two years.

Customer wins include University of Virginia and the Ministry of Information in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

“As we transform ourselves from a regional market leader into a genuine international competitor, we will have to re-define our go-to-market strategy and add major new enhancements to our software platform,” said TerminalFour managing director, Piero Tintori.

“Content management is very competitive, but we’ve proven ourselves alongside the world’s leading content management vendors. The international demand for our product is there and we are very committed to our ambitious expansion plans,” Tintori added.
