Ken Block’s gymkhana
Need For Speed’s racing advisor Ken Block reckons he built the ultimate gymkhana course, a predetermined circuit of obstacles requiring a number of different driving techniques to complete. Watch Block manouevre his Ford Fiesta ST RX43 2013 racecar around a moving wrecking ball and through shipping containers, as well as some familiar elements from Need for Speed Rivals, and decide for yourself.

The Epic Split, featuring Jean-Claude Van Damme
Take Jean-Claude Van Damme, perch him between two reversing Volvo trucks and witness his famous split as you’ve never seen it before – soundtracked by Enya. This stunt is meant to demonstrate the precision and directional stability of Volvo Dynamic Steering, but really it just reminds us of JCVD’s cool action-hero best.

Sacha Baron Cohen kills award presenter
Sacha Baron Cohen – the comedic mind behind the characters Ali G, Borat Sagdiyev and Brüno Gehard – was presented with the Charlie Chaplin Award for Excellence in Comedy at the BAFTA LA Britannia Awards. All is well until Baron Cohen takes to the stage with the near-90-year-old former child star Grace Coddington to accept his prize. Wait for it.

Zombie survival game Dead Island’s famous backwards trailer is revered as one of the finest ever made for a video game, and here we have the entire thing recreated in live action. It’s graphic, but it’s also marvellous.

Russian police ‘Get Lucky’ cover
Finally, we leave you with Russia’s finest doing a cover of Daft Punk’s summer sensation, ‘Get Lucky’. The video description claims this is the Russian Interior Ministry’s ensemble readying themselves for a concert in the Kremlin, and what a funky bunch of lads they are.
