The epic Christmas split

Anyone familiar with Chuck Norris facts will know he is an infallible god amongst men, and he will not be bested by some bendy-legged Belgian. And so, we have Walker, Texas Ranger’s response to Jean-Claude Van Damme’s epic split for Volvo by Hungarian animation studio Delov Digital, upping the scale of epicness to extreme proportions.

Waffles the Terrible

Samsung’s Galaxy 11

Samsung’s latest ad campaign for its full range of Galaxy flagship devices must have cost a forutne as the brand rounds up 11 of the world’s leading football players, plus two substitutes, to face off against a team of aliens. As absurd as the concept is, the video is drumming up plenty of interest, sparking the invevitable debate of which players should make up the world’s greatest football team. Personally, we think the Galaxy 11 is a bit lacking in defence. Stick Vincent Kompany in there and then we’ll talk.

Merry Christmas from the Holderness family

The Holderness family have sent an annual newsletter with a twist this Christmas. Instead of a personalised card for friends and family, they’ve uploaded their holiday greetings and 2013 retrospective to YouTube to share with the world – and get a bit of promotion for their media production company in for good measure. The shameless plug has paid off and the company website hasn’t even been able to cope with the volume of traffic this viral video has directed to it.
