Media mogul Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp. is planning to launch its iPad-only newspaper, The Daily, at a press conference in San Francisco, California, on 19 January, according to a Forbes source.
There’s no official word from News Corp. about The Daily‘s launch date, only a “coming soon” message and a sign-up form for email updates on Thedaily.com.
At the press conference, it is expected that Murdoch and Apple CEO Steve Jobs will appear on stage together, Yahoo’s Cutline blog reports.
