Bojack Horseman theme song gets electro remix

Bojack Horseman season 2 still via Netflix

Bojack Horseman season two has been graced upon us by Netflix and, given its cult following, one fan has decided to remix an already fantastic theme song and giving it an electro twist and, yes, it is actually amazing.

Recently reviewed on Siliconrepublic.com, the show is what can easily be described as an unconventional cartoon featuring an anthropomorphic horse in a world where humans and animals live side-by-side.

It features a stellar cast of voice actors including Will Arnett, Alison Brie, Paul F Tompkins, Amy Sedaris and a host of guest stars like Ricky Gervais, Stephen Colbert and Lisa Kudrow.

But equally as loved is the show’s opening theme music written by Patrick Carney, drummer of The Black Keys, with a rather impressive score featuring some smooth saxophone.

So when you see someone has decided to do their own version of the song, but make it more electronic, an element of scepticism as to whether it will be any good is natural.

But, it has to be said, Ace Waters’ rendition of the Bojack Horseman theme song is pretty amazing considering he’s playing all the instruments himself.
