Facebook will feel the wrath of Pocket God

One of the iPhone’s most successful games, Pocket God, is set to hop platforms and feature on social networking site Facebook.

Pocket God, the first iOS app to reach 2 million sales, obviously appeals to Facebook, which will no doubt be keen to feature the game on its site, according to Mashable.

Pocket God, developed by Bolt Creative, lets the user play as a god who is maintaining a small island and use his or her divine powers over the island’s pygmies – enabling the user to nurture or torture their subjects.

The game will feature on Facebook, which will be hoping to mimic the success of other interactive games, such as FarmVille, which is also available as an app on both the iPhone and Android-enabled smartphones.
