GameSpot TV app launches on Xbox 360

11 Oct 2012

Xbox 360’s catalogue of live and on-demand video content just got bigger with the addition of a GameSpot TV app for users in Ireland, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK and the US.

The app, available on Xbox Live, will give users access to gaming reviews, trailers, previews, developer interviews, and coverage of eSports tournaments, game play marathons and other events. With the Kinect, users can play, pause and rewind select content with voice or gesture control.

GameSpot TV requires an Xbox Live Gold subscription, but members of GameSpot signing up for one can get a better deal. Up to 23 October, GameSpot is offering those who purchase a three-month Xbox Live Gold membership an additional month for free.
