Just in time for the release of season 3 of House of Cards on streaming service Netflix on Friday, comes a segment from children’s educational TV programme Sesame Street, inspired by the political drama.

The segment, titled House of Bricks, takes House of Cards and incorporates it with the story of The Three Little Pigs and a math lesson.

Main character Frank Underwolf – complete with southern drawl – is on a mission to blow down three little pigs’ houses, with his eyes firmly fixed on the brick house.

“In this town, you have to know which way the wind is blowing, and unfortunately, for those little piggies, it’s about to get very windy,” Sesame Street said, paraphrasing a well-known line from the series.

Just like House of Cards, however, all is not what it seems in House of Bricks.
