Kinect Star Wars to enter Earth’s orbit on 3 April

The much anticipated Kinect Star Wars game from Microsoft and Lucas Arts is due to go on sale on 3 April next.

The new game will unleash the full Force of the Kinect motion sensor platform and will involve epic space battles, the use of speeder bikes and landspeeders and the ability to battle opponents like Count Dooku and Darth Vader.

“Kinect Star Wars” and the Xbox 360 Limited Edition “Kinect Star Wars” console bundle will both be available on April 3, 2012 in Ireland for €49.99 and €399.99 respectively.

An interesting feature will be a new Galactic Dance Off mode that comes loaded with Star Wars-themed pop tunes to battle in a dance off againt Darth Vader or bust a move ‘Solo style’.

The special Xbox 360 Limited Edition “Kinect Star Wars” console bundle will also feature an exclusive C-3PO unlockable for Dance Mode and the ability to play in 3D.
