7 Jun 2012

The Dublin Web Summit’s pub crawl across Europe has so far attracted 5,000 attendees, its organisers claimed this evening.

The tour of Europe will take in 14 cities, starting in London on 18 June and rolling through Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki, Vienna, Munich, Zurich, Milan, Barcelona and Madrid.

Each city will be graced by convivial luminaries that include TechCrunch’s Mike Butcher, The Next Web’s Robin Waters, Tariq Krim of Jolicloud, Claire Boonstra of Layar, and Yasha Taranu of Startup Digest, to name a few.

In each city drinks will be held with 100 start-ups, various start-up incubators will be visited and free Wi-Fi at co-working spaces consumed shamelessly.
