Easy Business Cart (EBC) has been launched, aiming to let Irish businesses start selling online quickly and at a low cost.

“Easy Business Cart will help to drive the Irish economy by enabling small businesses to sell products or services online and on a 24/7 basis anywhere in the world,” managing director and founder, Jamie Scott, said.

“The low entry fee of only €110 per month plus VAT provides Ireland’s business community with everything that they require to sell over the web. Our pricing is much less expensive than any other e-commerce alternative.”

EBC allows business owners and managers to quickly develop, design and launch a complete e-commerce internet strategy.

It’s available in a range of designs and its online capabilities allow users to populate the site with an unlimited number of products and services.

Users can also create product categories, assign online product descriptions, pricing and shipping costs. It also has integrated Sage Instant accounts.

“We’ve successfully integrated Sage accounting, providing e-commerce managers with an online automated data migration capability,” said Scott.

“Sales figures are automatically transferred to Sage Instant, and are held within appropriate nominal accounts for fulfilment and accounting purposes.”

EBC also provides a range of extra services, including a unique front end website design, copywriting, search engine optimisation, an upgrade to the SagePay online payment service and website management services.

“Irish businesses, particularly owners and managers of smaller companies, are continually looking for methods to increase revenues and profitability without incurring huge increases in overheads,” said Scott.

“Easy Business Cart provides just such a method by providing a low-cost channel into national and international markets.”
