Enterprise Ireland opens new Market Research Centre

21 May 2012

Enterprise Ireland has today opened up a new Market Research Centre at its offices in East Point, Dublin 3. The aim of the centre is to give client companies access to vital market research information so as to help shape their exporting plans.

The agency said the Market Research Centre is open to client companies only. Such firms that use the service will also get access to a team of market research specialists.

Via the new facility, companies will be able to have self-service access to resources such as subscription-based market intelligence databases, international periodicals, as well as market and sectoral reports, according to Deirdre McDonough, the centre’s manager.

“This greater knowledge and understanding helps companies to hone their export strategy and identify opportunities to increase their potential for success in overseas markets which will support and grow their business back home,” explained McDonough.

The Market Research Centre is also geared towards more established exporters who are growing sales in new and existing international markets.
