Sleep habits of successful people – what are they? (infographic)

Sleeping at your desk is probably not a route to success - but what are the sleep habits of successful people?

We are all pretty obsessed with getting enough sleep, and it’s probably fair to say that most of us fail to get the recommended eight hours per night.

We recently brought you an infographic of the breakfast habits of highly successful people, so an infographic on the sleep habits of successful people seemed like a natural follow-up.

And, according to this infographic produced by HomeArena, it looks like most of them aren’t getting eight hours of shut-eye a night either.

32pc of these highly successful leaders in their field get between five-to-six hours sleep per night, with only 27pc achieving the much-lauded eight hours (or between seven and eight hours, anyway).

In bad news for night owls and those who struggle to rise early, the sleep habits of successful people show that a third of them (32pc) are in bed by 11pm, with 28pc getting their wake-up call at 5am.

To discover more about successful people’s nocturnal habits, read on.
