PewDiePie, star of the most subscribed channel on YouTube and leader of his own “bro army”, has written a book that compiles some of the Swede’s most “inspirational sayings by which you should live your life”.

Called This Book Loves You, the 256-page work is due out this October via Razorbill, part of Penguin RandomHouse, and promises to feature “indispensable advice” from the 25-year-old potty-mouthed Call of Duty enthusiast, such as “Embrace your astounding mediocrity” and “Throw away that guitar! Give up on your dreams”.

PewDiePie is Felix Kjellberg, a gamer who boasts 37 million YouTube subscribers. The book represents Kjellberg’s latest assault into more traditional media after his appearance on South Park earlier this year, which saw him feature heavily in a two-part episode that poked fun at ‘Let’s Play’ commentators who narrate games as they play them and the phenomena of trending online.

“Razorbill and Penguin US are excited to bring the words of PewDiePie to the American people in book form,” Ben Schrank, president and publisher of Razorbill, said in a statement as reported by the LA Times. “And with more subscribers than Taylor Swift and One Direction combined, Felix is without question one of the most influential stars of this generation.”
