Apple’s App Store outage has left a number of users quite peeved with news that Apple Music, the Podcast App and iTunes itself are facing various levels of disruption.
It seems as if it’s ‘App Store down’ for some, which is likely to bother the average user affected by its disruption, with many iOS app developers in particular appearing to have been inconvenienced by it.
Apple have confirmed on its support page that there is indeed an outage on its services, simply saying: “Users are experiencing a problem with the services listed above [listing 12 services]. We are investigating and will update the status as more information becomes available.”
The outage has also been charted to have begun at around 2.30pm Irish time but users have not yet given an indication of when services will be fully restored.
The full list of services experiencing outages include the App Store, Apple Music, Apple TV, iBooks Store, iTunes in the Cloud, iTunes Match, iTunes Store, iTunes U, Mac App Store, OS X Software Update, Radio and the Volume Purchase Programme.
Here is what Twitter has to say about being inconvenienced.
