As Black Friday and Cyber Monday near, several online retailers are readying their offers. We’ve listed the latest deals here.

With fewer than two weeks to go until one of the biggest online shopping dates of the year, several stores have begun highlighting their discounted Black Friday and Cyber Monday offers.

2015 was yet another record year for online retailers in the US. Sales on Thanksgiving and Black Friday left many of them in the black, with total sales of $4.5bn – a jump of 14pc on 2014.

In Ireland, an estimated €130m was spent over the course of the weekend, thanks to the ease with which we shop online, as well as the discounts on offer and the buzz surrounding Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Black Friday Cyber Monday

Ahead of this year’s shopping extravaganza, we’ve looked at some of the retailers already revealing their hands:

Alila

The online clothes store Alila will have discounted products of up to 50pc during the weekend of Black Friday.

Amazon

Amazon began its Black Friday offering this week (14 November) and it will run until 25 November. The products on offer will be rolled out gradually across the fortnight. At the moment, for example, there’s almost 50pc off some costly Bang & Olufsen headphones. Amazon says new deals will be released every hour over the coming two weeks, with the upcoming offers viewable here.

Argos

Argos tends to go big on Black Friday, with this year’s sales beginning on 18 November, as the retailer boasts of a 13-day “bonanza”. Until Friday, though, there’s nothing to sneak a peak at online.

Asos

Asos has already put in place some of its Black Friday deals, with up to 70pc off some of its clothing. It’s calling it Cyber Weekend, just to be different.

Boots

Boots, as yet, just has a holding page for its offers. But last year, the company went big on the event so we’ve no reason to expect otherwise in 2016.

Carphone Warehouse

Carphone Warehouse’s offers have yet to be revealed but it’s already preparing for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. You can register interest with the company and they’ll keep you in the loop with what’s becoming available.

Currys PC World

Currys PC World calls its Black Friday sales its ‘Black Tag’ event. The organisation claims “hundreds” of products will enjoy discounts of up to 70pc for the duration of the sale. More information is available here.

Dyson

Dyson is not a company we featured last year, but its 2016 deals are notable. Available via its UK website, it’s something that could be replicated in Ireland. Shoppers can register here to be notified of Irish offers.

Harvey Norman

Harvey Norman’s offerings have not yet been advertised but the company will be running a Black Friday sale on the weekend of 25 November. Those interested can keep track here.

HTC

Smartphone and VR manufacturer HTC is gearing up for Black Friday, too. Again, interested shoppers should register their interest to keep up to date on the deals.

M&S

Marks and Spencer will reveal its Black Friday and Cyber Monday offers in the coming days.

Microsoft

Microsoft has already revealed its US deals ahead of Black Friday, including discounts on Xbox consoles and several Surface Pro devices. In the UK, too, discounts have been revealed. As yet, nothing in the rest of Europe.
