Billy West, the voice actor behind Futurama star Zapp Brannigan, has been trawling through the various infamous Donald Trump quotes of recent years. The results are fun.
Futurama fans tend to agree on one thing: Zapp Brannigan is brilliant. Whether he’s sending wave after wave of men to fight the killbots, or his constant advances on Leela, Brannigan’s ignorance of all things factual and logical is one of the show’s best bits.
So when the voice behind the character, Billy West, started tweeting Donald Trump quotes, in Brannigan’s voice, the world took notice.
Starting the trending #MakeAmericaBrannigan during the week, West has been updating his portfolio of Trumpisms on a regular basis, much to the delight of his fans.
