The Innovation Ireland Forum 2014 brings together bright minds from Intel, Bell Labs, Nuritas and more, and you can follow the discussion live on Twitter.

Key themes of the breakfast event taking place on Friday, 24 October in the Guinness Storehouse, Dublin, include demystifying the internet of things (IoT), open innovation and collaboration, and next-wave analytics.

Keynote speakers include Mark Castleman, entrepreneur-in-residence with Bell Labs; Philip Moynagh, vice-president of Intel’s internet of things group; and Nora Khaldi, founder and CEO of Nuritas.

The Innovation Ireland Forum is an opportunity for senior academics, entrepreneurs and industry to come together and discuss Ireland’s future policies and practices when it comes to enabling innovation.

The event will conclude with policy recommendations on how Ireland should move forward in terms of taking advantage of major trends such as IoT, innovation for an ageing population, and analytics.
