With just two sleeps until Christmas Day, search giant Google has put out a wonderful and colourful motion doodle on its homepage to celebrate the festive season.

The latest doodle, which shows a reindeer pulling a sled full of waving children in their winter woollies, links to search results for ’Tis the Season, the album by singers Vince Gill and Olivia Newton-John.

Hallmark Entertainment released the album for Christmas 2000.

The London Symphony Orchestra orchestrated instrumentation on the album, which also features a number of songs by the The Bradford Singers.

’Tis the Season also includes traditional Christmas fare, such as Silver Bells, The First Noel, Deck the Halls, Away in a Manger, Silent Night and O Holy Night, to name a few.

The doodle also links to a grammar quiz from Whatis.com on whether it’s ’Tis or t’is?
