Star Wars is out in a little over a week and there’s no doubt that excitement is building for what is set to be one of the biggest films of the year.

Everyone has been jumping on the bandwagon for Star Wars, with many trailers for Star Wars: The Force Awakens whetting people’s appetites, Google letting you choose sides and the film has even been incorporated into Christmas ads.

And now Comedy Central show @midnight, which loves a good hashtag, has got in on the act with #HipHopStarWars.

It’s a pretty self-explanatory hashtag: take something Star Wars related and make it work with as a hip-hop lyric, song title or star, and some of the tweets have been pretty funny.

Naturally enough, Drake’s Hotline Bling dance (aka, everyone’s favourite GIF of 2015) makes an appearance.

While Princes Leia’s legendary hairstyle is also, quite rightly, referenced.
