Midnight hashtag wars – the Twitter gift that keeps on giving. And trending. Enter #NerdBroadway.
This week, the team over at Midnight on Comedy Central have turned their sights on #NerdBroadway. Calling on the Twitterverse to turn Broadway shows nerdy, tweeters responded en masse and, as usual, with much aplomb.
At the time of writing, #NerdBroadway is trending in the United States, beating out usual trending certainties One Direction (#1DayUntilMITAM) and Justin Bieber (#JustinonNova) for the top spot.
The Midnight account tweeted out a couple of stellar suggestions:
