Success means different things to different companies. At Dublin’s Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics, it comes from empowerment, collaboration and innovation.
At the Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics (ACIA), located in Dublin’s city centre, employees work with data, machine learning and platforms. It is this constant bid for innovation that, ACIA believes, contributes to the company’s success.
“As a business, we’re known for empowering results,” said ACIA HR partner Joseph Daly.
“In order to do this, we first need to empower our employees. I believe this is the differentiator, and makes us different and our culture different.”
According to Daly, this empowerment is built on a culture of collaboration and innovation. But, of course, there’s more to it than that.
“The line between our innovation centre and the broader business in Aon has purposefully blurred,” said Fergal Collins, ACIA CEO.
“Having direct access to top talent globally in Aon, as we collaborate on new tools and solutions, gives us a far better sense of confidence and purpose in knowing that what we’re doing is valuable.”
