What kind of roles are available at ACIA?

For those who want to work in the Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics, we found out the type of candidates it’s hiring.

The Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics (ACIA) is made up of a group of 240 people across Dublin, Singapore and Kraków dedicated to ingesting new forms of data, harnessing the data and creating strong analytical outputs that help solve problems for the company’s clients.

ACIA’s CEO Fergal Collins said the company is looking for different types of skillsets to bring analytics to life. “We would be looking for roles in the area of UI/UX, design thinking, business analysis [and] product management,” he said.

“We also always value expertise in the area of data analysis that has good commercial insurance understanding and experience, so we will always have a space for that type of skillset in our organisation.”
