In the fight for true diversity and inclusion, it’s easy to pass progress off as tokenism. At the Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics, that’s not the case.

The tech sector has had its share of diversity scandals in 2017, with James Damore’s manifesto at Google merely the most recent. These scandals highlight an industry where progress towards diversity is perhaps far slower than thought.

And yet, that’s not necessarily the case for all companies.

Earlier in the year, to coincide with International Women’s Day, we paid a visit to the Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics’ Dublin office to talk to some of the women working at the company.

We asked them about their jobs – their answers were incredibly diverse.
