Since BMS announced its plans to construct a state-of-the-art biologics facility in Cruiserath, Dublin 15, the pharmaceutical industry in Ireland has been watching its development with bated breath.
The plant is now operational and employs 400 people, with more and more to be recruited. So, what is it like to actually work there?
