Brittany Kaiser took part in a Q&A at Future Human to answer questions on keeping your data private.

In the years after the Cambridge Analytica scandal broke, whistleblower Brittany Kaiser started the online campaign #OwnYourData, appealing for transparency in the digital space. She also co-founded the non-profit Digital Asset Trade Association to lobby for change, and wrote a book about her experiences at Cambridge Analytica.

In a Q&A session after her keynote talk at Future Human in October, Kaiser revealed to the audience what tools she uses and what she recommends the average internet user do to help make sure their data is not caught up in a future Cambridge Analytica-like scandal.

She also discussed new data privacy regulations, the importance of data literacy, and how we can get people to care more about their data privacy.
