Ericsson’s Usharani Marappan shares her experience of moving to a new country and learning to trust that everything will fall into place.
Career Close-up is our brand-new video series in partnership with IDA Ireland where we chat to senior employees in some of Ireland’s leading multinationals about their career journeys within Ireland’s dynamic tech and science industries.

“But now, I have been through it, so I would tell my past self to have confidence. Everything will fall in place eventually.”
