When you emerge from the cocoon of college, it is easy to feel adrift. The camaraderie at MSD Ballydine has helped Edel Linehan make the transition smoothly.

In college, it’s easier to forge meaningful connections. You have more time, are inducted into a group of like-minded people from the outset and it’s likely that you’ll run into these people regularly. It’s not an environment that can be emulated anywhere else – or can it?

We interviewed her about her experience with the MSD graduate programme, what her role entails and what attracted her to the company.
