When you emerge from the cocoon of college, it is easy to feel adrift. The camaraderie at MSD Ballydine has helped Edel Linehan make the transition smoothly.

In college, it’s easier to forge meaningful connections. You have more time, are inducted into a group of like-minded people from the outset and it’s likely that you’ll run into these people regularly. It’s not an environment that can be emulated anywhere else – or can it?

Edel Linehan, an integrated product team engineer at MSD Ballydine, was happy to find her new workplace to be bright and vibrant. She enjoys, and continues to enjoy, the genuine camaraderie at MSD Ballydine.
