After a successful 2018, Dublin City University (DCU) intends to continue its upward trajectory in the coming year.

“We really want the population of students in the university to reflect a very diverse Ireland and for all students to recognise that DCU is proud to be known as an inclusive university rather than an exclusive university,” said university president Prof Brian MacCraith.

MacCraith reflected on DCU’s highlights throughout 2018, including launching a Centre of Excellence for Diversity and Inclusion and becoming the world’s first university to be designated autism-friendly. He also outlined how DCU’s strategic plan will drive its agenda in 2019.
