Debbie O’Reilly of DCU was named as this year’s winner of Researchfest for her efforts to to find possible cancer cures using common drugs.
Now in its fourth year, the Researchfest pitch competition at Inspirefest asks PhD researchers from Ireland and abroad to sum up their work in just three minutes and hopefully talk their way to the grand prize.
