As the technology landscape continues to change, so must any company hoping to stay ahead of the curve, according to staff at Dun & Bradstreet.

We visited Dun & Bradstreet’s Dublin office to find out what the company looks for in potential new hires and what drives the workplace culture there.

Central to both is adaptability, according to senior technical manager Patrick O’Sullivan. “The tech industry – the way it is right now – it changes quite a lot,” he said. “For any company to stay ahead of curve, they have to change and go with the market trends.”

To make that a reality, O’Sullivan added, employees need to be taught to value progress more than perfection.
