Elena Rossini, co-founder of Gender Gap Grader, believes that, although the gender gap appears to be narrowing across the board, more steps need to be taken, particularly in the film industry in which she is based.
Rossini, along with her co-founder Elian Carsenet, spoke during the Ignition Talks at Inspirefest 2015, discussing their belief that our culture has reached a tipping point, with the industries of tech, business and politics all making a real effort to address gender equality.
