Inspirefest speaker Hazel Moore is the chair and founder of FirstCapital, an investment bank that successfully provides advice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and growth capital to high-growth technology companies.
She has codified the SMART Dealmaking process, which has consistently delivered an average 50pc premium in valuation for clients since 1999.
In 2015, she won the Women in Private Equity Award for Best Corporate Finance Advisor.
In both 2013 and 2014 she was identified as one of 100 Women to Watch in the Female FTSE Board Report.
From 2012 to 2015 she chaired the Emerging Technologies and Industries Steering Group for Innovate UK.
