Darran Brennan from William Fry outlined what he expects will come from the Irish Government’s forthcoming guidelines on remote work.

“What we expect to see in those guidelines is advice for employers on cybersecurity, on health and safety, on tax issues, on managing employees with disabilities while working remotely, on managing data security issues, and so on and so forth,” said Darran Brennan, an associate at William Fry, on his expectations for new remote working guidelines from the Irish Government.

These and other topics such as the right to disconnect, employee wellbeing, performance management and company culture will all be explored by William Fry’s employment law team in an article series on the future of work in Ireland.
