When self-proclaimed business romantic Tim Leberecht took the stage of Inspirefest, he immediately captured the audience’s attention.
He spoke about automation and the future of work, and how many different ideas there are around how we can work in a world of machines.
Leberecht’s solution was that we must stay true to the things that make us truly human: romance, beauty and deep connections.
“If you don’t have romantics in your organisation, then you’re not going to be truly innovative,” he said.
