In the third episode of The Leaders’ Room season two, we spoke to Grifols Ireland lead, Shane O’Brien.

Episode three of season two features Grifols Ireland lead, Shane O’Brien. Grifols is global healthcare company with a focus on plasma-derived medicines.
O’Brien talked about his own management style as a manager and said that leaders who have a genuine interest in people’s development are already halfway there.
“[It’s] the analogy of the football coach, your job is not to score the goals, your days of scoring goals are over. Your job is really to promote and make stars out of everyone around you, and you get it back in spades, because people want to be challenged,” he said.
