Liz Dooley of Janssen Sciences Ireland says the can-do attitude of the Irish is what brings pharma giants to the country.
Ireland is home to some of the top biopharma companies in the country, but what brings them here?
Liz Dooley is the director of operations (biologics) at Janssen Sciences Ireland and she believes it’s the talent and the attitude that exists in Ireland.
“I think that talent is built from the collaborations with the third-level colleges and with the organisations that are working on developing that talent,” she said.
Dooley said that Irish people have a can-do attitude, which means they’re willing to adapt and work in any field and any location. This makes them perfect candidates for the ever-changing biopharma sector.
